Band (Grades 6-8)
Band is offered during the school day, as a normal, scheduled class. It is a class that is scheduled at the same time as Music or Arts Education, so that students are not missing other classes to attend band. Band is a year-long commitment, as band is a scheduled class and is not easily withdrawn.
Concert performances are the highlight of our year and every band student is expected to participate. All concert dates are provided at the very start of the school year so families can coordinate their schedules around them. Please try to make them a priority if you can.
