EMERALD RIDGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM

 

ERES is equipped with a commercial servery.  We offer one hot lunch for each student on a weekly basis.  The servery will provide lunch for the Spring Field (K-3) students on Tuesdays, Summer Field (3-5) students and alternate Kindergarten class on Wednesdays, and the Harvest Field (6-8) students on Thursdays.  Permission Click, which is an online fee collection platform for lunch order forms and payments, is used to manage the ERES Servery program.  Permission Click links will be emailed out to families according to which field your child belongs to (Spring, Summer or Harvest Field and Kindergarten).  This form of ordering/payment is convenient; however, a processing transaction fee is added to your total. 

If you prefer, you can also place your order by printing a paper order form which is located under the Servery tab on the ERES website. Families with more than one child, please submit one payment for everyone; however, please complete one order form per child.  Include all order forms and payment in one envelope and have one of your children submit the family order to their teacher.  Please make cheques payable to Emerald Ridge Servery.

 Servery meals will commence the week of September 19th, 2023.

To operate as effectively and efficiently as possible, please ensure to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • If choosing to submit a paper order form, it must be submitted to the classroom teacher on time.  Late orders will not be accepted.
  • Lunch will include all four food groups.  Please bring a drink from home or water bottle filling stations are always available.  
  • Meals are peanut free.
  • No substitutes/request for alternatives may be made.
  • If a child is sick or has a conflict with their schedule the day they are to receive their servery lunch, please arrange for a sibling or classmate to pick up the meal to enjoy themselves or a parent may also arrange to pick up the meal at the office. Credits will not be offered for any missed lunches.
  • Meal costs for the 2023-2024 school year will be $7.00 each for the Kindergarten and Spring Field classes, and $7.50 for the Summer Field and Harvest Field classes.
     
    DELIVERY/CLEAN UP PROCESS
  • Lunch will be delivered to all classrooms with a list of students that ordered.
  • Students will eat and then place their trays neatly in the serving cart for pick-up.
